Christmas Eve and Christmas 2018

Merry Christmas!  We were so blessed this year and had a wonderful time celebrating.  I absolutely love watching my kids wake up Christmas morning and open their presents.  I love opening gifts slowly and watching each person open gifts.  I know not everyone feels that way, but is so fun seeing everyone open the gift you picked out for them.  We were home until about 2:15 on Christmas and it was perfect.  We usually leave the house by 12:30 to visit my family, but this year we didn't have a gathering, which was disappointing.  But we did enjoy some extra time at home.  The kids had time to open up and look at most of their gifts before we headed over to Pa & Toots'.

Christmas Season 2018

We always try and squeeze in as much fun the few weeks before Christmas.  We went to Silver Dollar City, rode the Polar Express in Branson, got new advent calendars, made sugar cookies, went to the Plaza, went to lunch at Winstead's with PopPop Bill, Wyatt had his Christmas program at school, Wyatt had Polar Express day at school, Drew and Anna had their winter parties at school, made ornaments, decorated gingerbread houses, Anna went to the Nutcracker with Toots, and we celebrated Christmas a few days early with Ma, Pa, Matt, the boys, Taylors, and Wos'  Such a fun time of year!
